Legal Code Regulations of the NRI are to be maintained by all soldiers that have sworn an oath to the NRI. Regulations are subject to updates and change at any point, Chairman or the commissioner of the ICA. Soldiers will be advised of all updates via verbal and written contact.
1: Activity
1.1: All members are expected to maintain a minimum activity of 4 days a week.
Members failing to maintain the minimum activity status will be flagged by leading staff or enforcement
Activity counts assignments, orders and duties are and we be classed as activity.
Punishments that might take more then one day won't be counted as activity as this is a punishment
Inform member of staff about days off if planed (if unexpected simply inform us when you are back on)
1.2: Regiment staff
Regiment staff will be expected to monitor and report attendance
2: Code of Conduct
2.1: Teabagging
Is never permitted
2.2: Unauthorized Intervention
Any unauthorized intervention within sectors not relevant to your work will be punished
Violating Secret or Top Secret sectors will be punished immediately
2.3: Uniform
Changing emblems, rank, or any NRI ID on one’s armor without permission is prohibited
Exceptions may be made by a HRO for extenuating circumstances
Exceptions will be waived with the dismissal of the fireteam or the absence/leaving of the approving HRO
Exceptions may also be waived by the next highest HRO to join in the current activities
2.4: Third Party
Being in more than one Clan is unacceptable and may result in dishonorable discharge
Members are allowed to be within Clans of other games, so long as the NRI takes priority.
If other game clan activity affects a member's activity within NRI, this may result in discharge (honorable or dishonorable)
2.5: Disrespect
Disrespectful acts of any sort are prohibited
Failure to respond in the appropriate manner to a HRO, or follow an HROs order is considered as a form of disrespect
Any members may report acts of disrespect to a HRO
All acts of disrespect will be investigated
2.6: Training
Training is only to be given by a certified instructor
Training by an unauthorized individual will be redacted and any individuals will have to be retrained by a proper instructor.
2.7: Misuse of Power
Misuse of Power is defined as Internal Manipulation by any member that is taking advantage of their rank
Misuse of Power may be reported to any HRO of the offending party and will be investigated post-haste
Internal Manipulation will be result in a military tribunal hearing.
2.8: Moral Code
Members are expected to use sound moral judgement in all actions and communications with other members and allies
A lack of moral judgement may be considered a Disrespectful Action
2.9: Sensitive and pertinent information to the NRI
Withholding sensitive and pertinent information is punishable by termination
Sensitive and pertinent information are considered possible attacks against the NRI Member of the NRI plans of mutiny or member involvement with other clans or known enemies
If a member has sensitive or pertinent information, they are to report it to a HRO immediately
2.10: Espionage and Treason
Allegations of espionage or treason will be investigated fully and result in punishments up to and possibly including dishonorable discharge from the NRI.
This includes any unlawful actions or misuse of sensitive information
Supplying any sensitive information to another entity or clan
Acts of violence or corruption that affect the stance, structure, and mission of the NRI
Interactions with other clans that negatively reflect upon a soldier, or the NRI as a whole, will also be constituted as Treason. As this interferes with The NRI Foreign Affairs
3: Recruiting
3.1: All members are required to recruit, regardless of rank or position within the NRI
All recruits must be reported to your Chain of Command
3.2: The actions of a recruit will not be held against the recruiter
Inability to pass background checks
Inability to complete BCT
Inactivity
Discharge (honorable or dishonorable)
3.3: Failure to Recruit
Any member unable to obtain a recruit within a 7 day period will be flagged for failure to fulfil his/her duty
Flags will be removed once a member is able to obtain a new recruit
3.4: Exceptions and/or pardons from recruiting
Will only be available upon request to the Highest Commanding Officer (HCO).
Can be waived/removed by the HCO at any point with proper notification to the recruiting member
4: Punishments, Flags, and Discharges
4.1: All disciplinary actions of the NRI may only be administered by an Officer
A: Officers will weigh all infractions and determine the best course of action for the individual, while keeping in mind the best interests of the NRI
B: NCOs may report infractions and violations of any regulations to an Officer with suggestions of disciplinary actions, but may not administer discipline without permission.
4.2: Punishments are based on the severity of the infraction, and may range as minor, moderate, or major
Punishments are to be carried out in the presence of an Officer or NCO
It is possible to receive multiple punishments for one infraction.
If additional information is obtained after an investigation has already been closed, the case may be reopened on the grounds of a Court Martial leading to a subsequent Dishonorable Discharge from the ranks of the NRI.

4.5: Major Punishments
Court Martial (case goes before the Military Tribunal for potential discharge from the NRI)

4.6: Flags prevent positive progress of a soldier's status within the NRI
Soldiers with flags will be barred from promotion, awards, and meritorious certificates within the NRI
Flags may only be removed after the initial action that led to the bar has been resolved
Flags may be given outside of a formal punishment. In this instance there is no negative reprimand or withholding from clan activities.
Flags will be administered with all punishments and may be held in effect even after a punishment has been fulfilled as a probationary status (if deemed by the Officer at the time of the punishment).
4.7: Discharge from the NRI
All classes of discharged will be decided upon by the current Staff of the NRI
Discharges may vary as Honorable (HD), Other than Honorable (OHD), and Dishonorable (DD).
In the instance of a Court Martial regarding the action(s) of a soldier, a military tribunal will be held to determine OHD or DD
4.8: Honorable Discharge
HD Members will be deemed as allies of the NRI
HD Members are allowed to reenlistment for service within the NRI
4.9: Other than Honorable
OHD Member will be deemed as allies of the NRI
OHD Members are allowed to reenlistment for service within the NRI, but are subject to investigation of time spent outside of the NRI, and may only be granted by a voted Staff approval.
4.10: Dishonorable Discharge
DD Members will be deemed as enemies of the NRI and may be treated with hostility based upon situation of contact
DD Members are barred from reenlistment for service within the NRI
DD Members may request a secondary trial to change their status of DD to OHD, but will remain barred from Reenlistment
Members of the NRI will be asked to maintain minimum to no contact with a DD Member (in regards to the Military Community). Contact may constitute investigation towards possible espionage or treason.
5: Foreign Affairs
5.1: Command Staff
Command staff are the only members of the NRI that are authorized to conduct themselves as foreign affair officials of the NRI. This includes: Allies and affiliate relations of the NRI, Raids against enemies of the NRI, or allies of the NRI.
Command Staff may allow others to make arrangements with permission and guidelines.
Permission is only granted for a one time basis
Anyone that has been granted this right will strictly adhere to the guidelines set in place by the Commanding Staff
If there are any uncertainties or questions as to how one should proceed, they are to be directed back to the Commanding Staff.
5.2 War
Declaration and Resolution may only be decreed by the Chairman.
Military Tribunal and Command Staff will hold conferences both internally to the NRI, and externally to allies of the NRI regarding best courses of action.
Violation of the Foreign Affairs guidelines will be considered Treason and dealt with accordingly.
5.3 Foreign Affairs Protocol
Give all Foreign Officals respect, scumy or not. The best way to adress a foreign offical is by means of adressing them by "Sir" or "Ma'am".
No attacks can be made against a foreign entity unless approved by a NRI Senior official.
In the event of a foreign entity being aggressive, stand your ground and don't fire apon unless sed entity fires or a senior NRI offical says other wise.
6: Protocols
6.1 Protocols
When at the start of the game, permission to speak is always active unless otherwise by your commanding officers.
Address all your commissioned officers and above as, "Sir" or "ma'am". Adress the Chairman of the NRI as "Chairman".
No enlisted or non-commissioned officers are not allowed to pick up any weapons unless directed by a commissioned officer or above.
Headsets and Microphones must be on mute during any clan event. if there's a distraction occurring in the background.
Members must be in uniform before attending clan events.
Officer on deck is a protocol that is used when the highest ranking officer joins a game. All members must be in alpha formation when this protocol occurs.
When saluting a senior offical or a ally of the NRI always use your side arms, unless instructed for ceremonial purposes, look up in a 45 degree angle and zoom in for 3 seconds the un-zoom and look forward.
Before exiting a offical clan session you would ask the commanding officer to exit the game by means of "Permission to be dissmissed?" if s/he replys with "yes" followed by "Glorey to NRI", you'd reply with "Glory to NRI" to offically be dissmised.
When joining a party or game with foreign Enities automatically assume is clan related and say "good morning" or "good evening" "sir/Ma'am" or if you're adressing the Chairman say "Chairman".
During a training session all must be appearing offline unless instructed otherwise by the HCO.
